1. Copyright and Ownership
All rights, including copyright, in the content of these TUNES OF FANTASY GmbH web pages—including the design, text, graphics, selection and arrangement thereof, software compilations, underlying source code, software (including applets), and any other materials—are owned or controlled by TUNES OF FANTASY GmbH (or its affiliates) and their content or technology providers. All rights are reserved.
Permission is granted to electronically copy and print portions of this website solely for:
- Placing an order with tunesoffantasy.music, or
- Using the website for individual, non-commercial use.
Any other use of materials on this website—including reproduction for purposes beyond those noted above, broadcasting, downloading, storing or playing in public, modification, distribution, or republication without prior written permission from tunesoffantasy.music—is strictly prohibited.
2. Download Terms
Please note there are no refunds for purchases of downloadable products.
3. Conditions of Website Use, Governing Law, and Contract Formation
No contract will exist between you and tunesoffantasy.music for the sale of any product unless and until tunesoffantasy.music confirms by email that your product has been dispatched. Such confirmation is deemed complete and effectively communicated to you when the email is sent (whether or not you receive it).
Any contract formed will be deemed to have been concluded in Switzerland and shall be interpreted, construed, and enforced in accordance with Swiss law. By placing an order, you irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Swiss courts.
4. Discounts and Special Offers
All discounts, special offers, and promotions:
• Are subject to availability.
• May be withdrawn or changed without notice.
• Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers unless explicitly stated.
If an item is subject to two concurrent discounts, tunesoffantasy.music reserves the right to decide which discount applies.
5. Returns Policy
At tunesoffantasy.music, we want you to be satisfied with every purchase. However, we understand that occasionally you may need to return items. Our returns policy is as follows:
5.1 CDs and Sheet Music Booklets (Excluding Personalized Books)
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it in its original condition within 30 days of delivery. We will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.
5.2 Personalized Books
We cannot accept returns of Personalized Books unless the item is faulty. This is because each book is printed to order.
Please ensure that all images you upload meet the minimum requirements and that you use the Preview feature to confirm the arrangement of songs in your book.
5.3 All Other Items
We accept the return of all other items only if they are unopened and in their original condition. If you return such goods within 30 days, we will issue a full refund for the price you paid.
5.4 Defective Items
You may always return defective items. We only accept returns of opened items if they are defective.
If the return is due to our error (e.g., we sent you the wrong item) or because the item is defective, we will also refund your delivery charges and the cost of returning the item to us. Otherwise, you will be responsible for these charges.
5.5 Returning an Item by Post
1. Before returning an item, please use our Contact Form, email us at info@tunesoffantasy.com (or the relevant address you normally use), or call us (see phone number below).
2. Quote your order reference number; you will be provided with a Returns Number, which must be included in your return shipment. Without this Returns Number, we cannot guarantee a refund.
3. Enclose a note stating the reason for the return, wrap the package securely, and send it to the return address listed below.
4. If the item is defective, include a description of the fault and return it in its original box (if applicable), along with any warranty cards, licenses, manuals, or accessories.

6. Canceling an Item
Under Swiss consumer protection regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any eligible item within seven (7) working days of delivery.
• This right does not apply to Personalized Books (printed specifically to order) or any video, DVD, or audio products if they have been unsealed.
• It also does not apply to digitally downloaded items.
To cancel your contract:
1. Complete the reverse side of the delivery slip that accompanies your items, indicating “Contract Cancellation” as the reason for the return.
2. Send this slip to us within 7 working days of delivery.
3. Return the relevant items within a reasonable time, securely packaged, and include your name and the order number.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning items to us unless:
• We delivered the wrong item to you, or
• The item is faulty.
If we do not receive the item within a reasonable time, we may arrange collection from your address at your cost.
Once we receive your cancellation notice, we will refund the purchase price (including any original delivery charges, where applicable) within 30 days, less any costs that remain your responsibility.
7. Use of Google Analytics
